If, for any reason, you weren't satisfied with your Pure order and wish to return it, you may do so free of charge within the indicated return period. Simply go to your account and create the appropriate ticket. We will then issue your return label. If you ordered as a guest, please contact us here.
Faulty & Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please go to your account and create a ticket. We will then supply the corresponding return label. If you ordered as a guest, please contact us here.
Once we have received and checked your parcel, your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen.
